CATERING AGREEMENT
* Headcount must be
confirmed 3 working days prior to the event.
* A catering is not booked
until a confirmation of contract is received.
* For Standard Service a
10% charge of net sales is added, minimum of $25
* For Full Service a 18%
gratuity is added, for Grill-outs a 20% gratuity is added.
* Cancellation of
reservations must be 48 hours prior to the day of the event, otherwise, a
$100.00 charge will be applied.
